Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional Design and Support Services for Lakeline Reach 1 Capacity Improvements Project. This is a complex, multi-year effort focused on identifying and addressing deficiencies within the Citys sewer lakeline system. Anticipated activities include data collection, planning, field reconnaissance, surveying, condition assessment, modeling and analysis, permitting, and design and engineering support for preliminary, small-scale, and full-scale construction efforts.
