City of Mercer Island (City) is announcing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified engineering consultants to provide professional services in performing and completing the 76 th Avenue SE Mid-Block Crossing and ADA Improvements project. Work includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and rectangular rapid-flashing beacon (RRFB) design. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The desired schedule for performing the design of the 76th Avenue SE Mid-Block Crossing and ADA Improvements project is April 2025 through November 2025. Project bidding would occur in November and December, and construction is anticipated to start in February 2026. Deadline for questions February 21, 2025
