Questions Received After This Date Will Not Be Answered Responses Will Be Posted in an Addendum by February 17, 2026 Work to be performed under chis contract includes improve-nents at five sites across the City ncluding: Site 1, 76th Ave SE west of SE 27th St. Upgrade existing mid-block crossing including ref-age island, curb ramps, illumina-Cion, channelization, and RRFB enhancement. Site 2, N Mercer Way & SE 22nd St: Upgrade existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards and install illumination, channel-zation, and signing for mid-block Crossing. Site 3, 77th Ave SE & SE 29th St: Upgrade existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards and install channelization and signing. Site 4, 84th Ave SE & SE 26th St: Upgrade existing curb ramps to meet ADA standards and install channelization and signing. Site 5, 84th Ave SE north of SE 26th St. Construct curb ramps. and install channelization and signing for mid-block crossing. Engineers Estimated Costa $512,000 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities. Plans, specifications, addenda A bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid total price must accompany each bid.
