Renton School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) services for the District's Lakeridge Elementary School Seismic Upgrades Project. This project has been fully funded by the 2019 Capital Improvement Bond and the 2023 Capital Improvements Bond. Project pending final Board approval on November 13, 2024.
