Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mercer Island, Washington. Working plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Mercer Island School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Builders to provide progressive design-build services for the design and construction of select upgrades to the Mary Wayte Pool facility. These improvements are expected to include, but not be limited to, pool liner repair or replacement, life safety AHJ requirements that may include fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, accessibility upgrades in the mezzanine, locker rooms and restrooms, repair or replacement of miscellaneous pool systems (flow meter, balance tank, filter system, water treatment, etc.), and exterior siding repairs.
