The City of Mercer Island ("City") requests submittals from qualified firms to develop a plan for municipal electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and create a roadmap for electrifying the City fleet. Successful applicants will be experienced in strategic planning around fleet electrification and charging infrastructure needs and capacity. Through this process, the City aims to identify a single, full-service firm that will undertake the scope of this RFP.
