Furnishing of the following chemicals for the Woodstown Sewerage Authority on an annual basis for a two (2) year period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026 in approximate quantity for each year for a total of two years, namely: Annually Total for 2 yrs. 1. Liquid Sodium Hydroxide 50% solution 3,000 gallons annually 6,000 gallons All bids must be made in strict compliance with the bid solicitation, utilizing the bid form provided. All bids shall be returned to the Sewerage Authority Secretary in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder along with the bid item. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, and bid bond or certified check or cashier's check drawn to the order of the Woodstown Sewerage Authority in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid. In addition, each bid shall be accompanied by a properly executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, which consent form shall contain language stating the surety company will agree to furnish the required performance bond upon the award of the contract or by letter from a federal or state bank or savings bank agreeing to furnish a letter of credit. The Woodstown Sewerage Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who in the judgment of the Woodstown Sewerage Authority makes the most advantageous bid and to waive any such informalities as may be permitted by law.
