The City of Big Rapids is requesting sealed bids for 100 S. Michigan inserta Valve. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids or to waive informalities, and to award the bid in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City All questions must be submitted in writing which can be sent to cwyman@cityofbr.org. Questions must be submitted 48 hours prior to bid opening. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids for sound, documentable, business reasons or to waive informalities, and to award in any manner deemed to the be in the best interest of the City. Award will only be to a responsive and responsible firm whose bid, conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the bid. All bid prices must remain valid for 60 days past the submission deadline. The City of Big Rapids is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer.
