This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective respondents to submit proposals for the provision of Asset Management Plan Consulting Services. The Corporation of the Town of Collingwood is seeking a qualified Respondent to lead the finalization of the municipality's comprehensive Municipal Asset Management Plan (AMP) to ensure the Town is in compliance with all the July 1, 2025, requirements of Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 588/17: Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure. The successful respondent is to provide the information necessary to identify whether the Town's capital and operating budgets are aligned with proposed level of service outcomes as defined by the plan and/or identify debt relative to the proposed levels of service. The details presented in Appendix D of these terms of reference will define the purpose, framework and scope of this assignment. Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract: -Part A - Completion by July 1, 2025. -Part B - Training and mentoring for a period up to June 30, 2026.
