12th Street & Vine Street Regional Stormwater Management Facility Design Project Goals Design of the 12th Street & Vine Street Regional Stormwater Management Facility will achieve the following goals: o Attenuate anticipated peak flows to limit risk of downstream flooding. o Accommodate efficient long-term operation and maintenance. o Engage stakeholders and consider public input. o Incorporate aesthetic features to improve visual appeal and blend in with the residential character of the surrounding neighborhood including potential park elements. o Evaluate and implement best management practices to improve water quality. o Identify and obtain potential funding sources for water quality improvements.
