Responses to questions will be shared with all Proposers. Description: The Urbana and Champaign Sanitary District is soliciting proposals from qualified providers for design and build services for replacing the existing HVAC systems at the Northeast Treatment Plant (NEP) Station R Administration Building. Additionally, all water supply piping in the attic shall be insulated and have induction heating protection. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, and building HVAC systems and plumbing for office or commercial type buildings.
