BID - BCD - West Richland Building - Benton Conservation District ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $1,300,000.00 to $1,900,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 01/31/2025 Any prospective Bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must submit a request in writing to the Architect/Engineer (A/E) seven (7) calendar days before the bid due date or by logging into the DES Public Procurement Portal A. Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes: a new 2,200 square foot office building and site development. Bid alternates include an additional shop of 2,000 square feet. The project includes interior finishes and site improvements, complete mechanical and electrical systems and PreEngineered Metal Building structure. B. Reference all technical drawings and specifications for definition of requirements related to site, building and system construction. Reference table for contents for all specifications in Division 00 through Division 33. Washington state goals are: Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) 10%, Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) 6%, WA Small Business 5% and WA Veterans 5%
