Exeter Borough, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Exeter Borough Sanitary and Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project Bids The Project includes the following Work: The project would replace the nearly 100-year old sanitary and storm main lines, sanitary service laterals within existing roadways, Install separate storm manholes to provide separation of the sanitary and storm sewerage, and rehabilitate the sanitary sewer main along the easterly portion of Schooley Avenue. The length of Wyoming Avenue (S.R. 0011) that would have new sanitary and storm lines installed is approximately 4,300 feet. The length of Schooley Avenue which also will receive new lines is approximately 1,800 feet. The storm sewer pipes range from 15 to 48 inches in diameter. The Sanitary sewer pipes range from 8 to 18 inches in diameter. All work will be within the existing roadway right-of-way with the majority within State Roadway right-of-way and is subject to conditions of the PENNDOT permit issued for the project. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Exeter Borough Sanitary and Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Project The Project has an expected duration of 540 Calendar days. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. The following waivers apply to this Contract: BABAA De Minimis, Small Grants, and Minor Components
