Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Exeter, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to: installation of new 12 storm sewer pipe, concrete inlets, trench restoration, utility service conduits, complete asphalt parking lot construction, pavilion supply and installation, town clock, fencing, site lighting, etc., all as provided for within the contract documents, bid form and on the project drawings. Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The successful bidder will be required to submit separate payment and performance bonds in amounts each equal to 100% of the contract price within 10 days of the contract being awarded and will also be required to submit a one-year maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to final payment and any reduction in the required 10% retainage amount of any partial payments to the Contractor. Exeter Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portion thereof or to waive informalities in the bidding.
