The project consists of Contract No. 1: Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Abatement and Contract No. 2: Building and Site Demolition. Bids will be received for two individual separate prime contracts. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
