Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting consulting firms to apply to be placed on a quick response consultant source list to provide as and when required professional services related to commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional construction work required by the Department of National Defence, at 19 Wing, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC. Each source list will be established for a period of three (3) years with an estimated maximum value of up to $500,000 for each source list. Individual commissions under a source list should be between $5,000 and $75,000. The maximum value of a commission is $100,000. DCC reserves the right to suspend or extend the use of a source list at any time. The establishment of a source list does not constitute a commitment by DCC to spend the maximum estimated value of $500,000 for each source list. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
