This proposal is for the contractor to remove the existing single span bridge and replace with a single span concrete voided slab bridge composed of abutments/ wingwalls and Geosynthetic Reinforced Abutment Backfill. The road will be closed during construction and traffic will be detoured onto an existing Shoofly Rd. Additional work includes reconstruction of roadway approaches, riprap, and removing the existing Shoofly Rd after the bridge is complete.
