Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fleming Island, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Project has been cancelled Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting Bids from licensed Contractors for the intersection improvements at two (2) key locations: County Road 220 at Canova Road (Component 6) and County Road 220 at East West Parkway (Component 5). The objective is to enhance traffic flow and safety through the implementation of offset turn lanes, signalization, and associated pavement marking improvements. County Road 220 at East West Parkway (Component 5) will be an Alternate Bid. If provided for in the RFB Advertisement, Introduction Timeline, or Supplier Questionnaire Section; Bids require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period of thirty (30) days. The term bid bond shall include bonds or cashier or certified checks payable to the County. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required for projects of $200,000.00 or less. Prior to commencement of a project exceeding $200,000.00, in accordance with F.S. 255.05, the awarded Bidder shall file a 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond (using Clay Countys Standard Form) The Board reserves the right and power to reject any and all Bids without cause and to waive technical and non-technical or non-material defects in the Request for Bids or submittal of any Bid, and in its discretion to re-advertise the Request for Bids.
