Hope Street Sidewalk & Fence Replacement Work Consists of The Demolition and Disposal of the Existing Asphalt Sidewalk and Wooden Fence (Consisting of Metal Posts and Wooden Rails), Construction of Approximately 402 L.f. Of New Asphalt Sidewalk, Installation of Approximately 402 L.f. Of New Metal Fencing, Installation of 4 Concrete Ada Ramps, and Related Work on Hope Street at Russell Street. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost is $100,000. The Bid Security From the Contractor in the Form of Cash, Certified Check, Treasurer's Check, or Cashier's Check, Drawn Upon a Responsible Bank in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or a Bid Bond in the Amount Of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Be Made Payable to the City of Greenfield, Massachusetts and Shall Be Enclosed With the Bid. A 50% Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. Attention is Called to the Following: A.
