The timeline for award has not yet been established.** State Street ARLE Traffic Signal Upgrade Project Question Deadline Feb 07, 2025 For the State Street ARLE Traffic Signal Upgrade project at the following six (6) locations: * West State Street and Water Avenue * East State Street and Shenango Avenue * East State Street and Chestnut Avenue * East State Street and Railroad Street * East State Street and Dock Street * East State Street and Sharpsville Avenue A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Sharon, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. The City of Sharon reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and submit proof thereof with their bid. Bidder shall comply with all state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination in hiring or employment opportunities. Pennsylvania prevailing minimum wage rates will apply. Bids may be held by the City of Sharon for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract.
