Renovation of a multi-residential development in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This work is to install rubber stair treads in two stairwells at a mid-rise apartment building. There are 38 treads on the south side of the building and 32 treads on the north side of the building. This is a 3-story building where the stairs are made of concrete with steel stringers and handrails. The contractor will need to clean the stairs and apply the manufacturers' recommended adhesive before installing the new rubber treads. The stairs are roughly 40 3/8" wide.
