Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Bids must be submitted on prescribed forms furnished by the City of Sharon and completed in strict accordance with instructions provided. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, in form of a certified check or corporate surety bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid proposal made in favor of the City of Sharon. Performance, Labor, and Material Men's Bonds of 100% and Maintenance Bonds of 50% with good and sufficient surety will be required as noted in the instructions to Bidders, to be filed within ten (10) days of contract award. all labor, material and equipment for the City of Sharon Demolition and Clearance Project - 5 Properties 2025 under the General Fund for demolition of five (5) properties and site clearance thereof. No bid or any part thereof shall be withdrawn by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract. In no event will the City of Sharon consider a contractor as eligible if s/he cannot initiate the work under the contract within thirty (30) days of the contract execution and proceed to the successful completion of the work within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
