The Armstrong School District will accept sealed bids for the following: Asphalt Paving at West Hills Elementary Driveway Specifications: The Armstrong School District is accepting bids at prevailing wage for resurfacing approximately 4,446 square yards of driveway at West Hills Elementary. Mill around edges. Clean and prep area. Apply tack coat. Apply scratch coat leveling course and compact. Apply 1 1/2 inch 9.5 mm asphalt and compact. Hot tar all starts & stop edges. The Board of School Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity in bidding.
