Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Sharon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
The job location is at the McDowell Manor housing complex 179 Pearrell Dr. Sharon, Pa. 16146. The kitchens will be renovated while they are occupied This work is to remodel the kitchens at 47 one-bedroom apartments. Remove the existing kitchen cabinets, range hood, countertops, and wall coverings. Minor plumbing and electrical. Then install new kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplash, range hood, and new flooring. No work will be done on the 3 accessible units they have just recently been renovated. The units will be renovated while they are occupied. The timeline will be 7 days per unit to update the kitchen 10 days per unit if paint is required. Since there will be a tenant at each unit the contractor will need to be respectful and keep a clean work area. The tenant will need a working kitchen at the end of each day
