Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Commonwealth University - Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites General Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of exterior concrete repairs to above grade piers, demo and new work for canopy extension, demo and new work for flight of stairs from existing landing to existing pavement, demo and install of new inlet pipe and pave for drainage. Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
