Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Saugatuck, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of March 31, 2025, No Award, anticipated award is Mid-April. The project includes the construction of a new 280 SFT restroom facility at the existing Mt. Baldhead restroom facility location on Park Street north of Perryman Street. Work includes removal of existing building, concrete foundation, utility reconnection, masonry walls, and steel truss roofing system. Work also includes associated piping, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Saugatuck reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Saugatuck.
