Site work, paving and new construction of a municipal facility in Saugatuck, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Saugatuck Township through Progressive Companies, the Design-Builder, is soliciting individual work scope bids for the construction of a new canopy, parking lot, and plaza area. Bids will be received for the work scopes as delineated in the Project Manual and Bids and Permits drawings set. Bids must contain a signed Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationships between the Bidder and the Saugatuck Township. Successful bidders are required to furnish 100% labor and material bond and 100% performance bond depending on the dollar amount of the bid. Instructions are in the bidding documents. Saugatuck Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract in the district's best interest and may select a bidder other than the lowest bidder in accordance with the terms stated in the notice. See bidding documents for all other requirements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
