The City of Saugatuck is requesting Bids for the construction of 2025 Asphalt Repairs. Question Deadline 09/23/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project includes pavement removal and resurfacing at three locations within the City of Saugatuck. The work consists of a patch on Lucy Street in the south lane, east of Butler Street, and resurfacing of the parking lots at Wick's Park and at the west end of Hoffman Street. Work includes approximately 150 tons of HMA patching and mill & fill. The project also includes surface restoration, and all related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Saugatuck reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Saugatuck.
