** As of today February 13,2025 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 17 2025.** Project consists of installing5 storm water manholes with628 ft of 12" pipe, 5 storm water inlets, 718 ft new curb and gutter, approximately 718 ft of5-foot ADA compliant sidewalk with pedestrian ramps, and1080 square yards of asphalt from E 650 N to E 664 N. All communications related to this work shall be directed to the ENGINEER (Jaden Jackson, Keller Associates, 208-542- 6120, jjackson@kellerassociates.com prior to the opening of Bids. Each Bid must be submitted in the prescribed manner and accompanied by a corporate bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Roberts in an amount not less than five percent (5%)of the amount bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of no less than 100%of the contract price. Bidder is required to meet Davis-Bacon wages, and Build America Buy America requirements for this project. Each Bidder must have a Public Works Contractors license in the State of Idaho prior to bid opening in accordance with Idaho law. The City of Roberts reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Roberts.
