Site work for a water / sewer project in Westport, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Plans are included via Addendum 1 and 2. This project consists of grouting and lining four sanitary sewer manholes. The manholes are 48-inch diameter ranging in depth from 3.5 feet to 6 feet deep. Contractors are encouraged to begin work when groundwater levels have decreased. SCOPE OF WORK The work specified in this Section consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of the Dunehaven Manhole Lining project, as shown on the Plans, and hereinafter specified. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: A. Mobilization & Demobilization. B. Seal four manholes to eliminate groundwater infiltration via cementitious mortar lining or injection grouting. C. Prepare the surface of the manholes and coat with Raven 405 epoxy.
