City of Artesia ADA Improvements Phase 2 The City of Artesia will plan, design construct ADA ramps throughout the NE and SE quadrants of Artesia, NM in Eddy County Latitude 32.841134p; Longitude -104.4047800 . Improvements consist of: mobilization and demobilization; Approximately: 73 Type 1 ADA Ramps w/fillet; 51 Type 2 ADA Ramps; 2 Type 3 ADA ramp w/ fillet; 5 Type 4 ADA Ramp w/fillet: 15 sy concrete sidewalk 4 (5 width complete in place); removal/modification of obstructions; and materials testing; and other related appurtenances. This Project is funded in whole or in part by a grant from the state of New Mexico Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and the funding agency.
