The Patrick Leahy Burlington International Airport is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services for various systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Roof-Top Units (RTUs), Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs), Energy Recovery Units (ERUs), Jet bridge HVAC units, Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, Radiant/Baseboard Heating systems, Boilers, Controls, Pumps, and Chiller/Cooling Towers. This contract will ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations. Any agreement pursuant to this request may be entered as an on-call agreement. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts or none at all. A vendor selected shall have no guaranty of work assignments under the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to negotiate with one or more parties, or to award the contract to the proposal the City deems will meet its best interests, even if that proposal is not the lowest bid. The City reserves the right to re-advertise for additional proposals and to extend the deadline for submission of the proposals. This Request for Proposals in no way obligates the City to award a contract.
