Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work to be performed under this project includes the expansion of the dog park footprint and improvements to parking and pedestrian access. The Farrell Dog Park Improvements project limits will include approximately 26,000 sq ft (0.60 ac) of Farrell Dog Park. The project egressislocated at 95 Swift Street, near the intersection of Swift Street and Farrell Street. Work to be performed under this project includes the removal of the existing pavement and gravel access road and shared-use path, paving of access road, construction of a new shared use path, removal, relocation and new chain link fence, earthwork (fill) to provide positive drainage, construction of concrete curb, turf establishment and general seeding, tree planting and other landscaping as required. This project is within an existing Class II wetland buffer Question Deadline 07/04/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted by email to skershner@southburlingtonvt.gov, and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
