Mary Street Sidewalk Construction Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount of 5% of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Bids submitted by bidders that exceed their Maximum Dollar Capacity Rating (MDCR) as determined by the Vermont Agency of Transportation on an annual basis may be considered non-responsive. LOCATION: The Mary Street Sidewalk project limits will include approximately 400 linear feet of uncurbed sidewalk on the west side of Mary Street. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: A new sidewalk, new ADA compliant pedestrian curb ramps, and a new pedestrian crosswalk. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: The Contract shall be completed on or before October 31, 2025. Question Deadline 04/11/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted by email to skershner@southburlingtonvt.gov, and to be given consideration, must be received at least five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
