Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weston, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing new potable water piping as shown on design drawings: approximately 1,200 Linear feet of 8-inch HDPE potable water piping using Pipe Bursting Method; 210 Linear feet of 8-inch PVC potable water piping and appurtenances; 40 Linear feet of 6-inch PVC potable water piping and appurtenances for connections to existing water mains; associated valves and fittings as shown on the drawings; connection to an existing 30-inch WM via tapping sleeve and valve; installation of two (2) new fire hydrants; removing existing potable water piping; and all appurtenances associated with completion of this work; pavement restoration on West Mall Road, SR-84 and Racquet Club Dr, including pits and trenches; replacement of damaged concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, concrete pavers, fence, mailboxes, bollards, sod, and the performance of all labor, work and/or other operations as required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents .
