Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work that is the subject of the bid comprises the construction of ADA ramp improvements for the 2025 ADA Ramp Project (the "Work"). The Work includes removal and replacement of ADA ramps; removal of ramps and replacement with Type A curb, sidewalk, and sod; and removal and replacement of concrete waterways and waterway transitions immediately adjacent to ADA ramps. COMPLETION OF WORK: Time is of the essence. The Work must be completed by July 31, 2025.
