The project consists of replacing the High School Gymnasium Floor. The work consists of selective demolition, gymnasium flooring, and gymnasium equipment. Doc Note- Contract documents may be obtained in electronic format (pdf's) from the Architect's Davenport office. It is solely the contractor's responsibility to verify that he has all drawings, all specifications, and all addenda for this project. No additional cost will be allowed by the Owner for the contractor's failure to obtain all material. Contract documents are made available only for the purposes of this Project. Their use does not grant a license for other purposes. Printed hard copies of the documents are available for purchase by the Contractor from: 1. Contractor must call ahead to order sets of documents as this is a print-to-order project. General Contract (all trades). Project Location: 725 North Northfield, Mediapolis, Iowa 52637. Question Deadline 02/18/2025 Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Prebid conference to bidders' questions received up to two (2) business days prior to conference. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
