Repairs in the collection system including epoxy lining of manholes, lid and frame replacement, sewer main replacements, and point repairs. Improvements to the WWTF include removal of existing surface aerators and treatment equipment, installation of a new aeration system in lagoon cells, a 2-tank heated/aerated MBBR system, influent and effluent flow meters, new generator, and site electrical work. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond. Question Deadline 08/18/2026- Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
