Brief summary of scope of work described herein is as follows: G8 - Building ME-36 and RMC86 Scope: Removal of old, installation, start-up, and commissioning of new units in the same location. Units consist of an RTU, AHU and Condensing Unit as per plans andspecifications. S2 - Building MB38 Scope: The intent of this measure is to replace the condensing unit serving the north section air handler that uses R-22 which would be phased out, the scope would be to remove the existing system and coils and install a new R-410a condensing unit as per plans and specifications. S8 - Building VC06, ME37, MH67 S8 VC06 Scope: Replace existing 25T condensing units (5 x 5T units) with a new 40T air cooled chiller including pumps. All fan coil units are also to be replaced with new fan coils equipped with high e'iciency electronically commutated motors (ECM). All work to be completed as per plans and specifications. S8 - ME37 Scope: Replace 4 x AHU ground mount units with integrated R22 cooling to match existing conditions such as AHU and duct color as per plans and specifications. S8 - MH67 C&E Museum Scope: Existing Chiller and fluid cooler to be replaced with new as per plans and specifications. Work of this Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision required to execute above scope, the expectation is a turnkey solution.
