The facility will house the living quarters and apparatus bays for Fire Station 23. The project includes two phases, designed to maintain the continuous operation of Station 23. The cost estimate is $2.5 million. Renovation and Addition located at 7435 Old Troy Pike, Huber Heights, OH 45424 A certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and satisfactory Surety Company in the amount of 10% ofthe Bid made payable to The City of Huber Heights, shall accompany each bid. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 10% ofthe Contract.
