Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Emmett, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of furnishing packaged lift station and backup power generator, as specified in the contract documents and specifications. The City will sign a purchase agreement with the selected Vendor, and the agreement will subsequently be assigned to the Installation Contractor. It is anticipated that the City will pay for submittals prior to the selection of the Installation Contractor and that the Installation Contractor will then be responsible for the remainder of the purchase agreement. The Installation Contractor is expected to be selected Winter/Spring 2026. The Vendor shall be responsible to coordinate all installation and startup activities with the selected Installation Contractor. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a cashier's check, or a bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to the City of Emmett, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds with the Purchase Order Agreement, each in the amount of not less than 100% of the contract price. The City of Emmett reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any nonmaterial informalities in the Bids received. Question Deadline 02/14/2025
