The City seeks an engineering consultant to conduct a Road Stability Evaluation and Remediation (RSER) Study to evaluate options for stabilizing the canal embankment, enabling the restoration of the road's original asphalt width. The consultant is expected to: o Identify stabilization options and their associated engineering and professional service requirements. o Assess the need for environmental clearances and determine their scope, if necessary. o Provide a cost comparison of the proposed solutions. o Determine the level of involvement and approvals required from the canal company and other agencies (e.g., Utah Division of Water Rights).
