The Project includes the following Work: The improvements are expected to consist of full-depth reconstruction of Eastland Drive with rigid concrete pavement between the intersections of Addison Ave to Falls Ave (approximately 4700-ft). Improvements also include the installation of ADA compliant pedestrian ramps along the corridor, and the replacement of curb and gutter as needed. The installation of new sidewalk to fill in the gaps along the corridor. This project will also install a new City domestic water main, service lines and meters along with the roadway construction within the limits as indicated on the plans. The project will also install PTV cameras and fiber conduit and manholes along the project limits. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying $200.00 for the first set. If the first copy of the documents are requested to be mailed a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $100.00 will be required. Additional copies of these documents may be purchased for a NONREFUNDABLE fee of $200.00. If the additional documents are requested to be mailed a NON- REFUNDABLE fee of $150.00 will be required. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. The City of Twin Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City of Twin Falls.
