Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Hightstown, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The HVAC system for the Auditorium is located on the roof of the corridors just outside the Auditorium itself. It is comprised of four (4) +/- 3,000lb roof top units with exterior duct work that are going to be removed and replaced with new energy efficient units with new, longer, and acoustically lined ductwork. To accommodate the new ductwork, the existing masonry wall openings will need to be enlarged and new loose lintels installed. After the wall modifications, all walls will need to be painted, and new wall diffusers installed. The new units will need to be flashed into the roof in accordance with the existing Siplast warranty. Bids will be rendered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4. Drawings and specifications shall be available for inspection at the Architect's Office from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Friday.
