Project Information -The Multipurpose Clinical Research Building is an approximately 135,000 SF new construction of a 5 story multi-tenant building at the Hillcrest Medical Center for UC San Diego Health System. Tenant spaces include Childcare, Retail/Dining, Clinical Research and Office. The Project site is located at the intersection of First Ave and Arbor Drive. Project duration is estimated to be 22 months, commencing in August 2025 and concluding in June 2027. Early work to underground SDG&E overhead power line will take place in the first quarter of 2025. The estimated construction cost of the project is $116,000,000.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: -14200 - Conveying (Elevators): This package shall include the following general scope as applicable. Provide and install 2 passenger elevators (4 floors) and 1 freight elevator (2 floors). -15300 - Fire Protection: This package shall include the following general scope as applicable. Provide and install design/build wet pipe fire sprinkler system.
