Reference Number 0000375801 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Steamboat Springs is accepting proposals for the irrigation, cutting, and baling of approximately 85 acres of grass hay at the Williams Preserve and/or the irrigation, cutting, and baling of approximately 72 acres of grass hay at the Wastewater Treatment plant during the 2025 season. It is the intent of the City to enter into a one-year license agreement with the selected party with the option to renew for four one-year term extensions. The Williams Preserve property is located between River Road and US Highway 40 as indicated on the attached site map (Exhibit A). The Wastewater Treatment Plant property is located on County Road 33 as indicated on the attached site map (Exhibit B).
