Project Description: This project will consist of curb and gutter replacement, valley gutters, asphalt removal, installing pavement patches consisting of geosynthetics, crushed base, and asphalt, crack sealing, slurry sealing, striping, grading, and reclamation. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the online website by 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on March 4, 2025. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the online website or in the form of a written addendum posted on online by 3:00 p.m. MT on March 11, 2025. Questions received after 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time on March 4, 2025, will not be addressed. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000.
