This Would Extend the Pavement Life Beyond the Current 3-year Useful Life Projection. Any Sidewalks and Curb Ramps Deemed to Be Ada Deficient During Design Will Be Improved as Part of the Project. Determination of Row and Easements Shall Also Be Included in the Project. The Preliminary Engineering (Pe) Phase is Anticipated to Begin January 2026 and is Desired to Be Completed No Later Than December 2026.
