The Puyallup School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement of a pervious surface cleaning machine. The equipment must be capable of efficiently maintaining pervious pavement by removing debris and restoring permeability. This RFP specifically seeks solutions based on the Triverus Municipal Cleaning Machine (MCV) Model or equivalent. The selected vendor shall provide a pervious surface cleaning machine that meets or exceeds the following specifications: Capable of effectively cleaning and restoring the permeability of pervious pavement surfaces. Designed for efficient removal of sediment, organic material, and other contaminants. Incorporates a vacuum and/or pressure washing system to optimize cleaning performance. Operates with minimal environmental impact and water usage. Suitable for municipal, commercial, and institutional applications. Durable construction for long-term use and ease of maintenance. Providing training for our staff on the operation and maintenance of the machine. Offering ongoing technical support and service options. 60-inch cleaning path for efficient use on walking paths III. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The proposed machine should meet or exceed the following specifications: Cleaning Efficiency: Capable of restoring pervious pavement permeability by effectively removing debris and sediments. Water Pressure: Equipped with a system delivering up to 3,800 psi of water pressure for deep cleaning. Vacuum Recovery: Integrated vacuum system with a minimum of 1,000 CFM to recover water and debris during the cleaning process. Maneuverability: All-wheel steering with a turning radius under 9 feet to operate efficiently in tight spaces. Dimensions: Overall height not exceeding 84 inches to access covered areas such as parking structures. Construction: Durable build suitable for various applications, including parking facility cleaning, stormwater pollution prevention, and mold and mildew remediation.
