**As of March 17, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes but is not limited to: Concrete work including approximately 500 LF of curbing and 7,100 SF of sidewalks, concrete parking pads, ADA ramps and a set of steps. Paving work including 1.5" overlay of approximately 50,500 SY of base bid area with 16,500 SY of alternative bid area. Paving work also to include some base repair areas, and new pavement binder areas around the municipal building and police garage in addition to the overlay work. Accessory work to the Concrete and Paving will include parking lot line painting, handicap parking space painting and signage, and crosswalk painting. Each bid shall be made on the form provided in the contract documents and shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in a sum equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount made payable to Adams Township furnished by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Adams Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award a contract in the best interest of Adams Township.
