New Tennis Courts Mars Area High School NEW TENNIS COURTS Mars Area High School 520 PA Route 228 Adams Township Butler County Pennsylvania Bids shall be made upon the form provided and shall be accompanied by a bid bond certified check or cashier's check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid amount made payable to or indemnifying the Mars Area School District. In addition submit the following with each bid: Non-Collusion Affidavit Contractors Qualification Statement and a Pennsylvania Certificate of Authority (if applicable). Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to accept or reject any or all Bids Project is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Act of August 15 1961 P.L. 987 as amended and supplemented. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts thereof or items therein and to waive any informality in the bidding.
